Borenius advised PKC Group in Motherson Sumi’s EUR 571 million recommended offer

We advised the Board of Helsinki-listed PKC Group Plc (“PKC”) in connection with Mumbai-listed Motherson Sumi Systems Limited’s EUR 571 million recommended public tender offer of all shares and stock options in PKC. The offer values PKC at about EUR 610 million taking into consideration the company’s net debt position.
