We provide dynamic support in the form of special internal business teams
Borenius’ Client Relations Team is committed to enhance client experience and foster strong client relationships in close cooperation with lawyers and other internal teams. The team handles various tasks such as managing key clients, creating tailored offers, ensuring smooth project management, developing communication strategies, organising events, and leading marketing and business development efforts.
Borenius’ Finance Team is responsible for e.g. various financial reports, invoicing, payments, payroll coordination, and budgeting in addition to insurance and tax related matters. Our Finance Team also assists our lawyers with offers and all employees with keeping track of their working hours.
Borenius’ HR Team is closely involved in the career path progression and professional development of each Borenius employee. The HR Team is responsible for our overarching HR policy as well as for guidelines, training, and recruitment. The team’s tasks also include the administration of employee benefits, our performance review process, and feedback policies. The well-being of our employees is very important to us, which is why our HR Team organises various events for our employees and conducts surveys to keep up with any developments in our workplace environment.
Borenius’ ICT Team is responsible for ensuring that our IT infrastructure enables a smooth workflow for all employees across our organisation by cooperating with relevant suppliers and vendors to provide our employees with the best IT hardware in a sustainable and environmentally conscious manner.
As maintaining a secure operating environment is crucial in the legal field due to the nature of the data we process, our ICT Team fosters data security awareness among our employees through Pistachio Cybersecurity Awareness Training. Our IT professionals also assist with the IT aspects of all events and solve IT-related issues in addition to working in close cooperation with both our legal experts and third-party software developers to facilitate the use of AI and other software in our firm.
Borenius’ KM Team is responsible for our Know Your Client processes and compliance matters. The team is also in charge of maintaining our various databases, the administration of our Borenius Learning programme, and the development and maintenance of our information systems. The KM Team runs our library, keeps up with the latest developments in legal technology, and assists our experts on data retrieval tasks and information requests in addition to developing our internal processes and providing training. The team accepts four trainees each year.
Borenius’ Legal Assistants assist our lawyers with various tasks. Legal Assistants are in charge of e.g. finalising documents, making sure that client meetings run smoothly, and corresponding with the relevant authorities. Each Legal Assistant operates as an important member of a specific team, but they also have individual responsibilities, such as maintaining our model documents or making travel arrangements. In addition, our Legal Assistants assist with our various events and are closely involved in client relations management.
Borenius’ Office Services Team is responsible for the everyday operations of our office. The team’s expertise is crucial in ensuring that all internal and external meetings and events run like clockwork even as they meet our high sustainability standards. The Office Master, catering personnel, and receptionists on our Office Services Team are highly dedicated to maintaining the comfort of both our guests and employees.

Our HR team and supervisors will be responsible for making the final recruitment decision, which marks the end of the recruitment process once your employment contract is signed. After the completion of the recruitment process, we offer all applicants the opportunity to feedback.
