Business Services Trainees
You don’t have to be a lawyer to work in a law firm. Our team of experts includes professionals in other areas of business, e.g. finance, client relations, HR, assistants or IT. We provide trainee periods for students at the late stage of their studies and give them a valuable insight into the world of legal business. Many of our current internal experts have started their career as a trainee in our firm. Read their career stories below!

Kia Koskivirta
Human Resources Specialist
My career at Borenius began in the spring of 2020 when I was appointed as an HR Trainee. During my traineeship, I was offered the chance to really get to the heart of the different aspects of HR work, and each day was a new opportunity for me to learn and develop as a professional. After I graduated with my degree, Borenius offered me a permanent position as an HR Coordinator. It didn’t take me long to decide what I wanted to do as the unique combination that Borenius offers, on the one hand, as a challenging expert organisation and, on the other hand, as a warm and welcoming employer makes my position at Borenius my dream job.

Charlotte Lindfors
Business Development & Sustainability Specialist
I have been part of team Borenius since 2018. I spent my first year working as a marketing trainee before I was offered a permanent position. At Borenius, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of different marketing related assignments from social media management to creating sustainability communication plans, which keeps my work interesting. In addition, I have worked on projects related to business development that directly generate even more value for our clients. Our team is superb, and I enjoy working with everyone. Each day I learn or get to do something new, and I'm always excited to tackle whatever comes my way!
