Accessibility to Borenius’ Helsinki Office
When you arrive at Borenius, Eteläesplanadi 2, first ring the doorbell marked "BORENIUS". Please note that there is no Braille available on the doorbell – if you need assistance at the door, please call +358 20 713 33 to reach the lobby of Borenius. They will then open the door for you during the office hours from 8.30 am to 6 pm. There will be a buzz, indicating that the door is open.
Upon entering the lobby on the first floor, turn left and take the lift to the 4th floor, there is Braille available on the lift buttons. This is where the Borenius lobby is located, and you can ask the receptionist to call the person you are meeting with.
Accessibility features:
- Assistance is available for those who need help with the doorbell.
- There is clear signage throughout the building.
- Guide dogs are welcome.
- The receptionist can communicate via written notes or text messages if required.
- Visual indicators are provided for important notifications, such as lift arrivals, toilets, etc.

- Lifts are available to all floors.
- There is an accessible toilet on the 4th floor.

- The office has wide doors and corridors to accommodate wheelchairs.
