Borenius Appoints New Chair of the Board

We have appointed Samuli Simojoki as the new Chair of the Board as of 30 June 2020. Samuli will take over this position from Senior Partner Jyrki Tähtinen whose tenure as the Chair of the Board lasted an impressive 12 years. Samuli is the head of Borenius’ Technology practice and he has served as a member of Borenius’ management team for the previous four years.
