Experienced Employment Lawyer Annamari Ala-Louko to Join Borenius

We are pleased to announce that we have appointed Annamari as Senior Associate to our Employment team.

Annamari advises our clients on all employment law related matters, and she has a deep understanding of various restructuring and litigation issues. Annamari also provides strategic day-to-day HR and legal advice.

Annamari joins us from Procopé & Hornborg, where she led the firm’s employment team. She has assisted numerous domestic and global entities in various non-contentious and contentious employment matters.
