Borenius Appoints New General Counsel
We are excited to announce that we have appointed Andreas Doepel as our new General Counsel as of 15 February 2021.
Andreas is a respected practitioner with strong expertise in corporate and governance regulation. Having occupied nearly every role available for a lawyer at Borenius over the past twenty-some years, Andreas will continue to work with our clients and colleagues on corporate and governance matters alongside the General Counsel tasks.
