Päivi Kuitunen Appointed as Counsel to Borenius Capital Markets Team
We are excited to announce that Päivi Kuitunen has joined our Capital Markets team!
Päivi has extensive knowledge in the fields of capital markets and financial regulation. Over the years, Päivi has worked on bond issuances and bank regulation relating to financing activities, including sustainable financing. She also has considerable experience of corporate governance and insider issues.
