Borenius Invites Riikka Eronen to Join the Partnership
We are excited to announce that Riikka Eronen will become a Partner at Borenius. This new appointment strengthens the growth of our market leading Banking and Finance team.

Riikka specialises in banking and finance transactions and debt restructuring. She has gained extensive experience in the world of banking in her previous positions, which makes her an excellent adviser for complex financing transactions. Riikka advises both borrowers and lenders on a wide variety of finance transactions, including corporate lending and real estate finance as well as acquisition financing and other event-driven financing.
