Saara Mäkelä, Tai Do and Sara Aho Appointed as Associates

We are delighted to announce that Saara Mäkelä, Tai Do and Sara Aho have been appointed as Associates! Sara and Tai handle assignments that involve M&A and corporate law on our M&A team. Saara, on the other hand, has been appointed to our Banking and Finance team where she focuses on all related matters.

All three are Borenius alumni that were promoted to Associates from their position as Associate Trainees. It is always a great honour to have up-and-coming talent choose to continue developing their expertise under the guidance of our highly regarded lawyers.
