Borenius Welcomes Johanna Mattsson as Client Relations Director
We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Johanna Mattsson as our new Client Relations Director. Commencing her role on 20 December 2023, Johanna will play a pivotal role in leading our client relations development and will also serve as a member of our management team.
Johanna joins us from Hannes Snellman, where she has held a key position as Head of Client Relations. With over three decades of experience in client relationship management, Johanna brings a wealth of expertise to Borenius. Her leadership and strategic vision have consistently delivered outstanding results, making her a valuable addition to our team.
As Client Relations Director at Borenius, Johanna will assume overall responsibility for client experience and relationship development. Additionally, she will oversee marketing and communications activities, driving their continuous improvement and evolution. Johanna's deep industry knowledge and proven track record align perfectly with our commitment to enhancing client relationships, providing high-quality service experiences.
