Vilma Lybeck and Joonas Ylä-Rautio Appointed as Associates
We are delighted to announce that Vilma Lybeck and Joonas Ylä-Rautio have joined Borenius as Associates! They have both previously worked as trainees at the firm.
Vilma advises our clients on fund formation, investment management and associated regulatory matters, while Joonas advises our clients on matters related to technology, data protection, and intellectual property.
"After completing our trainee period, we remained in the house to work on our theses. It's exciting to now shift into roles as lawyers within familiar teams.
