Borenius Boosts Its Real Estate Transaction Line-up: Leif Laitinen to Join as Partner

We are delighted to announce that Leif Laitinen will join Borenius as Partner. Leif brings extensive experience in complex local and international real estate transactions, including real estate portfolio and fund investments, as well as sale and lease back arrangements. He represents international, Nordic and Finnish real estate funds, key investors, as well as private and public companies.

Leif joins Borenius from HPP, where he has practised as partner for five years. Prior to that, Leif developed his practice at leading law firms, including a year at White & Case in New York. He contributes to Borenius’ distinctive service capabilities, which speak to clients with business interests in both the US and Finland, as he holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University in Washington and is admitted to practice in New York. Leif is ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers Europe.
