Borenius’ Green Transition Team’s Capacity Further Expanding

We are thrilled to announce the official start of our new Partner (elect) Miika Pinomaa, who has joined our expanding green transition team this week.

Miika brings extensive experience and a proven track record in advising on high-profile and complex energy and infrastructure sector projects, encompassing both traditional and alternative energy sources. By way of example, he has advised on wind turbine EPC contracts surpassing 4,000 MW, which constitutes over half of the capacity installed in Finland. Miika’s deep understanding of business-related decision making adds value to clients in a wide range of energy and infrastructure projects, including international supply and turnkey transactions.

With his expertise, along with the addition of Partners (elect) Heidi Malmberg and Hanna Lehtinen earlier this year, we now possess market-leading capabilities to advise major clients on all aspects of their strategic projects and investments.
