Borenius Boosts Its M&A Transaction Line-up: Joel Kättö to Return as Partner

We are delighted to announce that Joel Kättö will rejoin Borenius’ M&A and Private Equity team as Partner. Joel returns to us after five years at Fortum, where he currently holds the position of Director M&A, Legal. Before joining Fortum, Joel worked for Borenius for many years as part of our M&A and Private Equity team, which included a secondment at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in London.

Joel brings extensive cross-border M&A experience, as well as invaluable energy and infrastructure sector-specific knowledge. He serves both private equity and industrial clients with a focus on demanding infrastructure and energy related projects.
