Jonna Yli-Äyhö Promoted to Counsel

We are happy to announce that our Senior Associate Jonna Yli-Äyhö has taken the next step on her career path and has been promoted to the position of Counsel as of 1 January 2025.

Jonna advises our clients on corporate taxation. She specialises in tax questions related to M&A transactions, financing and international taxation.
