New Senior Associate Eino Järnroos to Join Our M&A Team

We are excited to announce that Eino Järnroos is joining our M&A team as a Senior Associate. Eino will focus on M&A, private equity and capital market transactions.

Eino is a dual-qualified (Finland and New York) transactional lawyer who in addition to his Finnish law degree holds an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School, which he obtained on a Fulbright scholarship. After graduating from Columbia, Eino joined Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York as a Corporate Associate. He most recently also gained experience working for another law firm in Helsinki, where he focused on transactional work.

Many of our transactions have cross-border elements, particularly with the U.S., where a good understanding of U.S. law concepts and the ways of working with U.S. law firms and counterparties is vital. Eino will add to our ability to serve U.S. clients in Finland as well as Finnish clients in the U.S. in various transactions ranging from M&A to capital raisings.
