About Anna
Anna specialises in advising our clients on both domestic and international corporate and personal income taxation. She has extensive experience in international and EU tax matters in addition to a successful track record of representing clients in major, landmark tax disputes. Anna also regularly provides advice to banks, issuers, and foreign investment funds on matters related to withholding taxation and the tax-related aspects of financial markets transactions.
Before joining Borenius, Anna worked as an Assistant Tax Manager at KPMG where she focused on international and domestic corporate income taxation. During her studies, Anna also worked as a trainee at Borenius and at the Finnish Tax Administration.
In addition to her Finnish law degree, Anna holds a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from the Queen Mary University of London from whence she graduated with distinction.
