About Anni
Anni specialises in dispute resolution. She advises clients on commercial disputes and represents them in litigation and arbitration proceedings mainly related to damages and contractual issues. Anni also assists companies and their executives in major and complex corporate crime matters and police investigations.
In addition, Anni is experienced in advising clients on matters related to construction, real estate and housing company law.
Anni has more than 10 years of experience as an attorney. She joined Borenius in 2024, and before that she worked as a Judge at the District Court of Länsi-Uusimaa. She has studied law at the University of Helsinki and at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen, Germany.
