About Einari
Einari advises clients on corporate tax issues. He has extensive experience in international and EU tax matters and M&A structuring as well as in complex domestic and cross-border tax litigation. Einari has been involved in several major tax disputes with regard to transfer pricing and international tax planning as well as IPOs and other public financing transactions. He also regularly advises issuers and underwriters on tax matters related to capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Borenius, Einari worked as a Senior Officer at the Tax Department of the Ministry of Finance, where he focused on international tax matters, tax treaties and EU tax law.
Einari is a member of the Finnish Tax Advisors’ Association and the International Fiscal Association. In addition to his law degree, Einari has received a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Helsinki School of Economics.
