Eino Järnroos

Eino is a dual-qualified (Finland and New York) transactional lawyer focusing on M&A, private equity and capital market transactions. Eino also has versatile experience from sophisticated equity investments, joint ventures and corporate finance transactions. He regularly acts in both domestic and cross-border deals, with an emphasis on those involving U.S. and Nordic interests.

Prior to joining Borenius, Eino worked at another Finnish law firm and as a corporate attorney at the New York headquarters of a leading international law firm.
