About Emma
Emma advises our clients on matters related to M&A and corporate law.
Emma joined Borenius as an Associate in 2022, and before that she worked as a trainee at the firm. Emma has also worked as a trainee at another Finnish law firm, a Finnish private equity firm and a Big Four accounting firm.
In addition to her studies at the University of Helsinki, Emma holds a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics. She also holds a Certificate in Transnational Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Geneva.
