Henna is a tax lawyer with over fifteen years of experience specialising in indirect taxation.
Henna’s expertise encompasses matters related to e.g. VAT, customs, and excise duties, and she also provides comprehensive advisory services on both domestic and international tax matters. Henna has extensive experience in handling complex tax disputes, advising on other strategic tax matters, and facilitating cross-border operations and mergers and acquisitions across various industries, including the financial sector, real estate, and health care.
Henna holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Helsinki University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Aalto University School of Economics.
