About Ilona
Ilona advises our clients on capital markets transactions and securities regulation as well as on governance and corporate law related questions.
Ilona joined Borenius as an Associate in 2023, and before that she worked at the firm as a trainee. During her studies at the University of Helsinki, Ilona also worked as a trainee at a major listed energy company and a Big Four accounting firm.
