About Kenneth
Kenneth advises our clients on establishing and operating their businesses in the United States. He has significant experience in setting up US subsidiaries and negotiating the acquisition or divestment of US entities, as well as drafting corporate resolutions and joint venture, shareholder, agency, and distribution agreements. Kenneth serves as a liaison between Borenius and US law firms. Kenneth is a member of the bar of the State of New York.
Kenneth is a member of Borenius’ Capital Markets team and has advised Finnish companies on a variety of equity and debt offerings.
Kenneth began his career at another Finnish law firm and most recently worked as an associate in the corporate department at a leading AmLaw 200 law firm in New York.
