About Mari
Mari advises our clients in the areas of real estate law and transactions, with a particular focus on transactions within the real estate and energy sectors. She also provides guidance on contract law, especially relating to commercial lease agreements, land lease agreements, and easement arrangements.
Mari joined Borenius as an Associate in 2022. In 2023, she completed court training by acting as a Trainee District Judge in the District Court of Kanta-Häme. Prior to her graduation, Mari worked as a trainee at Borenius and other law firms, at the Ministry of Justice, and at a legal aid office.
