About Molla
Molla advises our clients on M&A and corporate law related matters. She joined Borenius as an Associate in 2024 after working at the firm as an Associate Trainee.
During her studies, Molla has also gained experience as a trainee and as a junior legal counsel at other law firms and companies in Finland.
