Netta Luhtalampi

Netta advises our clients on questions related to insolvency law and dispute resolution. During her career, Netta has gained significant experience assisting bankruptcy estate administrators and restructuring administrators in numerous bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. The debtors have varied from entrepreneurs to group companies, and they have operated in a wide variety of industries. In addition to assisting the bankruptcy estate administrators, Netta has also acted as a bankruptcy estate administrator appointed by the district court.

Furthermore, Netta has also acquired extensive expertise in liquidation proceedings, and she has advised our clients on numerous dissolutions of limited liability companies.

Netta joined Borenius in 2020, and before that she worked at two other Finnish law firms where she also specialised in insolvency law related assignments.

In addition to her studies at the University of Helsinki, Netta has studied law at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.
