About Simon
Simon advises our clients on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on transactions within the real estate and energy sectors. He also provides guidance on general corporate and contract law.
Simon joined Borenius as an Associate in 2021, having previously worked as a trainee at the firm. Recently, he was on secondment as visiting legal counsel at one of Finland’s leading real estate asset management companies, where he concentrated primarily on matters related to real estate transactions, leasing, and property development.
Simon holds a law degree from the University of Turku and an MSc in Finance from Hanken School of Economics.
