About Susanna
Susanna advises clients on M&A, corporate and information technology related questions. She has acquired extensive expertise in advising both Finnish and international industrial and private equity clients across multiple industry sectors, especially in technology related M&A transactions.
Susanna joined Borenius in 2013. Prior to her graduation, Susanna has gained international experience while working in Brussels and New York.
