Borenius’ attorneys Markus Kokko and Niki J. Welling authored the Finnish Chapter of the Global Legal Insights on International Arbitration 2018. The publication covers key topics in the field of arbitration including arbitration agreements and procedures, arbitrators, interim relief, arbitration awards, challenge and enforcement of awards, investment arbitration and decisions in 35 jurisdictions. The Finnish chapter provides an informative introduction to international arbitration in Finland for practicing lawyers that are unfamiliar with our jurisdiction.
