Borenius Contributes to the Latest Edition of ICLG: Trade Marks 2018

Borenius’ attorneys Ben Rapinoja and Åsa Krook have contributed to the chapter concerning trade marks in Finland published in the International Comparative Legal Guide to Trade Marks 2018. The publication covers common issues in trade marks laws and regulations – including legislation, application, refusal, opposition and registration – in 48 jurisdictions.
