Borenius contributes to the latest edition of Defensor Legis

Partner Janne Juusela’s article has been published in Defensor Legis N:o 4/2018. The article discusses recent practices in the application of tax avoidance and transfer pricing adjustment provisions in Finland.

Defensor Legis is a legal journal published by the Finnish Bar Association. The publication dates back to 1920, which makes it the longest-running Nordic journal for attorneys.
