Borenius Contributes to the Latest Edition of Global Legal Insights to – International Arbitration 2019

Borenius’ lawyers Markus Kokko and Vilma Haavisto have contributed to the chapter concerning the Finnish jurisdiction published in Global Legal Insights to: International Arbitration 2019. In this chapter, they provide an overview of the legal framework of arbitration proceedings in Finland and answer to questions concerning i.e. Finnish outlook in terms of arbitration and practices applied within the field.
