Ilkka Aalto-Setälä & Henrik Koivuniemi contribute to the latest edition of Defensor Legis

Our experts Ilkka Aalto-Setälä and Henrik Koivuniemi have cowritten an article titled Tuomioistuinsovittelu kartelliasioihin – puuttuva palanen?, which has been published in the latest edition of Defensor Legis. The article discusses the settlement procedure in cartel cases from the Finnish perspective. Ilkka and Henrik both work on assignments related to EU & Competition matters.

Defensor Legis is a legal journal published by the Finnish Bar Association. The publication dates back to 1920, which makes it the longest-running Nordic journal for attorneys.
