Borenius Contributes to the Latest Edition of GLI: Cartels 2023

Borenius’ lawyers Ilkka Aalto-Setälä and Henrik Koivuniemi have contributed to the Finnish chapter of Global Legal Insights – Cartels 2023.

In this chapter, they provide an overview of the law and enforcement regime relating to cartels in Finland in addition to discussing e.g. key issues, sanctions, and recent developments in antitrust law in more detail.
