Borenius Contributes to the Latest Edition of Chambers and Partners: Artificial Intelligence 2023

Borenius’ lawyers Erkko Korhonen, Samuli Simojoki, Louna Tulikoura and Jon Jokelin have contributed to the chapter concerning Finland published in the Chambers and Partners: Artificial Intelligence 2023 edition. In Finland, there are currently no specific laws that solely govern artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning. However, there are several laws and regulations that may apply to AI and its applications in various domains, such as privacy, data protection and intellectual property.
