Borenius Contributes to the Latest Edition of ICLG – Vertical Agreements and Dominant Firms 2023

Borenius’ lawyers Ilkka Aalto-Setälä, Henrik Koivuniemi and Leo Rantanen have contributed to the chapter concerning Finland published in the International Comparative Legal Guide – Vertical Agreements and Dominant Firms 2023. The chapter provides an overview of vertical agreements and dominant firms in a Finnish context and discusses e.g. what constitutes a dominant firm and how the relevant authorities investigate claims relating to vertical agreements.
