Borenius acted as advisor in the sale of JOT Automation

We advised the sellers in the sale of JOT Automation to Suzhou Victory Precision Manufacture Co., Ltd, a listed Chinese company. The transaction, which is one of the largest Chinese acquisitions in Finland, was signed at the end of January and finalised at the beginning of June.
