Borenius acted as counsel for Fundu in connection with EUR 200 million senior secured financing from Pollen Street Capital

We acted as legal and tax adviser to Fundu Oy in connection with the EUR 200 million senior secured financing provided by Pollen Street Capital Ltd, a UK-based private equity and alternative investment firm with a particular focus on asset-backed financing.

Fundu Oy, established in 2014, is a private credit provider targeting growth companies in the small and midsize range through flexible and competitive alternative financing solutions.

The purpose of the credit facility is to strengthen Fundu’s on-lending operations and to support its goal of becoming the primary source of alternative financing for small and midsize enterprises in Finland.
