Borenius advised Aberdeen Balanced Lux 1 S.à.r.l on the sale of the Lauttis shopping centre

We advised Aberdeen Balanced Lux 1 S.à.r.l. (“Aberdeen”) on the sale of the Lauttis shopping centre to Veritas Pension Insurance. The shopping centre is located in Lauttasaari, Helsinki, and it comprises altogether approximately 6,000 sqm in lettable area. Lauttis is anchored by blue-chip retailers and is virtually fully leased.

Aberdeen is a UK-based global investment company. Veritas Pension Insurance is a non-listed Finnish company that provides pension insurance especially for entrepreneurs.
