Borenius advised Aberdeen Standard Investments on the acquisition of a property in central Helsinki

We advised Aberdeen Standard Investments on the acquisition of an office property located in the central business district of Helsinki at address Malminkatu 30. The seller was the Sigrid Jusélius Foundation, and the buyer was Aberdeen’s Luxembourg-domiciled property fund. The property has a total leasable area of 4,800 sqm.

We prepared and negotiated on the transaction documents in addition to negotiating on the financing documents and performing legal due diligence on the property and the property company.
