Borenius advised Adelis Equity Partners on the sale of Med Group

We advised Adelis Equity Partners and the other owners on the sale of Med Group to a consortium consisting of Colosseum Dental Group, Europe’s leading dentistry chain, and the Tradeka co-operative.

Med Group is a leading service provider in ambulance services, dentistry and home services to the disabled and elderly with a turnover of approximately EUR 100 million and approximately 3,000 employees.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
