We advised Alma Property Partners and Newil & Bau when they acquired a residential property and a related project from Taaleri.

The project comprises the development and construction of a modern residential building with 110 condominium units in Taivallahti, Helsinki. The project is based on renowned architect Steven Holl’s design, which will reshape the Töölö landscape.
