Borenius advised Alma Property Partners on the acquisition of Tikkuri

We advised Alma Property Partners on its acquisition of Tikkuri, a local retail centre serving the Tikkurila community in Vantaa, which is located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The investment was the first Finnish investment in Alma’s second opportunistic fund, and it was made together with Mrec Investment Management.
