We advised Altaal and Avant Capital Partners on the acquisition of three residential properties in Espoo, comprising 142 premium rental apartments. The acquisition was executed through Bolivo, a sustainable residential investment platform targeting prime Nordic residential opportunities.

The acquisition is Bolivo’s first investment in Finland, aligning with its strategy of selectively investing in high-quality residential assets with strong rental demand and value potential. The acquired properties have attractive micro locations with a high in-place occupancy rate and have undergone significant renovations. The acquisition reinforces Bolivo’s commitment to sustainable residential investments in key Nordic markets.
