Borenius advised Armada Credit Partners on the formation of Armada Fund VI

We represented Armada as it raised its sixth fund, Armada Fund VI. The fund makes hybrid debt/equity investments in small and medium sized Northern European companies with a focus on the Nordic countries.

Armada is sector agnostic and focuses on growing, profitable, and sustainable lower mid-market companies with enterprise values up to EUR 150 million. Investment tickets vary but fall within the range of EUR 3–30 million.

Armada Credit Partners was founded in 2000, and it is based in Stockholm and Helsinki. Its portfolio companies include Ovenia, Admincontrol, Remazing, and Smartvatten.
