We advised Augmentum Fintech Plc, which served as the lead investor, on the USD 25 million financing round of Tesseract, a digital asset lending company.

Augmentum is a London-listed venture capital investor that focuses on the FinTech sector.

Tesseract provides access to digital asset (crypto) markets for investors and connects borrowers working in the said markets.

The financing is yet another example of the Finnish FinTech sector’s strengths and of digital asset (blockchain) lending becoming mainstream.
