Borenius advised Aurora Studios on the formation of the Finnish Impact Film Fund

We advised Aurora Studios on the formation of its first fund, the Finnish Impact Film Fund (FIFF). Aurora Studios, the manager of the fund, specialises in the development, funding, production and distribution of feature films and tv series.

The fund was established to further the production of quality films and series, and is considered to be an integral part of Aurora’s strategy for facilitating the work of producers and creators as well as furthering the completion of domestic, high-quality audiovisual content. In addition to commitments from the owners of Aurora Studios, the fund raised commitments from four other domestic investors, including the Finnish Cultural Foundation. Aurora has already announced the first investment of the fund.
