Borenius advised Avara on the formation of its second real estate fund

We advised Avara on the formation of Avara Residential Fund II, which is Avara’s second real estate fund. The fund intends to invest in 2,000 apartments located in Finnish growth centres.

Avara Oy is a responsible service company  leading rental apartments portfolios and funds. Avara is responsible for the investment management and operational organisation of approximately 8,000 rental apartments in addition to developing and creating new services for living. The focus of Avara’s operations is on large growth centres where, due to migration pressures, the need for rental housing is greatest.
